Return & Refund Policy
Return Policy: All products sold by us are covered under a 24-hour return policy. If the ordered product is damaged or defective, we shall replace it within 5 days or refund the amount. An unboxing video of the product will be necessary to showcase if the received product is damaged or defective. Situations where the product shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this policy include: If the product is washed. If the product is returned without its original packing. Product without a valid or readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, tampered, or with an unreadable serial number. How to Return a Purchased Item: To return your ordered product, please contact our customer support team at support@earthie.in. Our customer care executive will guide you through the return process. Refund for Returned Product: Once you have shipped the product and it reaches us, it shall be inspected by our executive officer. If our inspecting officer finds the concerns raised by you are genuine and is satisfied that there is indeed a problem with the product, we shall refund the purchase amount to your bank account or extend store credit as per your decision. Please note that the inspecting officer’s decision on the matter shall be final and binding.
